We are committed to being formed by Jesus and to a life of flourishing together. Though each person's journey will look different, we assess where we are on the journey, how we are being formed by Jesus, and where we can take our next step towards a flourishing faith.

Yes, I have numerous friends who encourage my faith and engage in spiritual conversation with me. I have friends of faith, but it’s not a notable part of our friendship. No, I don’t have Christian friends.

Yes, I am committed to a Bible Study Group at Hinsdale Covenant. I am committed to a Bible Study outside of Hinsdale Covenant. I have gone to a Bible Study occasionally but not regularly. No, but I would like to. No, and I’m not sure that I want to.

7. Do you currently serve in some capacity at Hinsdale Covenant?

Yes, I regularly serve at Hinsdale Covenant. I have served before, but I’m not regularly serving now. No, but I would like to. No, and I’m not sure that I want to.

8. Do you feel equipped to grow in spiritual maturity?

Yes, I have good tools for following Jesus daily and being formed more and more into his likeness. Kind of. I like the idea of spiritual formation and desire it, but I am not sure how best to do it. I don’t feel equipped to pursue spiritual formation. I don’t know what spiritual formation is.

9. How do you feel that your faith is being integrated into your life?

My faith is integrated into all aspects of my life at work and home, and I see the fruit of faith in many ways. My faith is partially integrated into my life at work and home, and I see some fruit of my faith in my life. My faith is not well integrated into my life at work and home. I don’t even know what this would look like in my life.

10. How committed are you to seeing your faith grow and flourish?

I am deeply committed and will rearrange my schedule to participate in what I sense God has for me. I am committed, but I don’t know how much time and effort I can commit to this season. Maybe in the future, but I can’t commit right now. I am content to attend on Sundays and nothing more.
